What sets you apart 

 

You have completed training as an electrician or have a comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering and have a sound technical understanding of complex production systems. With your experience in technical leadership and team development, you are able to inspire and motivate people. Your knowledge of control technology - especially with a focus on Beckhoff - as well as your strong self-motivation and communication skills round off your profile. English language skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage.

 Management Assistant & Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

Assistance to the management

  • Supporting the management in day-to-day operations
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, preparation of presentations and minutes
  • Communication with internal and external partners, in particular with international sales partners
  • Scheduling and travel planning as well as coordinating international business trips
  • Project management and special tasks to relieve the management team

Marketing assistance

  • Creation and maintenance of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and website content
  • Social media & LinkedIn support, including writing posts and maintaining the company profile
  • Collaboration with the Komori Europe marketing team to support group-wide marketing strategies
  • Organization of trade fairs & events, including coordination of promotional materials
  • Creating photo and video material for marketing purposes, e.g. for social media, web and print
  • Editing and designing media content with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
  • Collaboration with external agencies (graphic design, PR, digital media)
  • Maintenance and further development of the website in coordination with the marketing team

Your profile​:

  • Completed commercial training or studies, e.g. in business administration, marketing, communications or similar
  • First professional experience in an assistant or marketing role desirable
  • Experience in handling photo and video cameras and creating image and video material is an advantage
  • Confident handling of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative and a structured way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media and ideally CMS systems
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills, also in an international environment

  • Programming, integration and commissioning of software modules for machine control

What you bring

  • Successfully completed studies or technician in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related fields
  • Experience in the field of drive technology and automation
  • Knowledge of programming CodeSys-based control systems, preferably Beckhoff TwinCat 3
  • Knowledge of website design is advantageous (JavaScript/HTML/CSS)
  • Good written and spoken English skills

  • Creating/revising operating instructions and other relevant technical documents.

What you bring
