The KB60 is the new cross-fold knife folding unit for the first cross-fold behind a first folding unit from H+H.
In conjunction with the new XP-R25, all cross-folds are possible without buckle plates.
The KB60 can be used flexibly on all H+H machines and can be fully integrated into the production line with its M1 Advanced machine control.
If no cross fold is required, a pass-through function can be activated and the KB60 can therefore be used as a transfer. For asymmetrical cross-cuts, the blade can be moved 180 mm to the left and right without changing the transfer position to the downstream unit.
