The M9 has the option for automatic buckle plate and fold roller adjustment and therefore everything it needs to take the strain off the operator. Thanks to the intuitive M1Advanced machine control, the machine can be set up easily, safely and quickly. Job reproducibility is no problem thanks to the large job memory. Previous jobs can be loaded onto the machine via touchscreen. Using the MBO Datamanager4.0, a connection to MIS systems is possible and thus reliably supplies data to your individual tool. The low-noise belt drive significantly reduces the ambient noise level.
The automatic setting of buckle plates and folding rollers reduces set-up times and effort to just a few minutes.
Thanks to the patented MBO slitter shaft cassette, the positioning of creasing tools is an absolute game changer in terms of ergonomics and time. This eliminates the need to move the cross-fold units.
Thanks to the intuitive M1 Advanced Control, the entire production line can be operated and monitored via touchscreen.

The M9 folding concept is a new dimension in folding with up to 24 buckle plates. With the option of automation and mechanical optimisation of the folding process, the M9 is the flagship. The overall concept of the M9 is designed to increase user-friendliness and reduce set-up times. A stable production process with maximum production reliability is emphasised by features such as camera systems and the ejection of faulty products. Thanks to the additional functions integrated into the control system, such as water scoring and camera systems, all processes can be set and monitored via the machine control system.
The M9 can be configured with all peripheral devices from H+H to create a customised production line and can therefore be used for a wide range of applications.
The M9 is also available as a DFT folder without feeder, for roll processing, with 12 buckle plates. This means that all the advantages of the M9 can also be adapted to reel processing. The M9 DFT folding unit is simply positioned behind the MBO sheeter. In contrast to the machines equipped with feeders, roller processing opens up additional possibilities. For example, plough folding in the longitudinal direction in front of the folding unit. Or significantly longer sheet lengths are possible than with conventional machines.
