The mobile knife folding unit extends the range of fold types of the T50 and makes it possible to produce additional cross-folds and special fold types. The knife is pneumatically driven and is therefore particularly low-wear. The knife folding unit is height-adjustable and can be used as a second or third folding unit. Downstream slitter shafts, which are arranged parallel to the folding knife as standard, provide additional application options. Closed window rebates can be produced using the optional window rebate brushes. The knife rebate unit is used as the third rebate unit for this purpose.

The M1 Advanced machine control can be operated from any folding unit. Common standard fold types are already preconfigured. The optimum sheet spacing is also automatically calculated and set in all folding units. The M1 Advanced machine control system also features sheet monitoring across all folding units.

Standard feature in folding unit II: Thanks to the conical rollers, the high-speed guide guarantees absolutely reliable sheet transport even at high speeds. Even at high speeds, the slip-free drive of the folded products prevents marks, even on sensitive products.
