The MBO CoBo-Stack 10i is a palletizing solution for industry. It is based on a cobot, i.e. a collaborative robot that does not require a protective cage. Product stacks, such as folded signatures, are transported from the delivery to the table of the CoBo-Stack 10i. From there, the cobot picks up the stacks (< 8 kg) and places them on pallets. This frees the operator from all physical work.

The pallets can be placed on both sides of the CoBo-Stack 10i, allowing work to be carried out without interruption. While the MBO CoBo-Stack 10i is filling a pallet, the operator can move the full pallet to the other side of the cobot and prepare the next, empty pallet.

An indicator light and an acoustic signal indicate the various operating statuses. This means that the operator does not have to constantly be right next to the production machine and has time to take care of administrative tasks, such as quality control or preparing the next order.

COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER UNITS

The CoBo-Stack 10i works autonomously and is therefore suitable for use on stack-dispensing deliveries from a wide range of manufacturers. The CoBo-Stack 10i can optimize the transfer speed of the stacks and create a comprehensive network with the folding machine.

Saddle stitchers and perfect binders: For the CoBo-Stack 10i, a stack is a stack. Many of our customers also use the Cobot directly behind the outfeed of their saddle stitcher or perfect binder. Once the work is done, the CoBo-Stack 10i can be quickly and easily repositioned behind the folding machine delivery.
