The H+H transfer type 220 long is the standard transfer for the KL112.1, allowing even very short folded products to be transported safely to a downstream unit.
It is available in two versions, either with an electrical connection directly to the folding machine or with its own control cabinet for completely independent use, e.g. behind older existing machines.
There is also a further spreader version with a modified conveyor belt to enable multiple-up operation. As the type 220 long transfer is often used in conjunction with the production of pharmaceutical package inserts, it is equipped with a diverter.
This is controlled by an optional camera system in order to eject any faulty products.
