We offer you the entire range of machining services of an industrial production company: from fully automatic sawing on several sawing centres to milling, turning and grinding.

In turning, rotationally symmetrical workpieces with diameters of 5 - 570 mm and lengths of up to 2,770 mm are machined on automatic bar lathes and chuck lathes. Driven tools are used where necessary or advantageous in terms of process technology.

When milling cubic workpieces on machining centres, we use machines with working areas of up to 1,900 mm x 1,600 mm x 1,700 mm or up to 3,000 x 630 mm x 550 mm. For the internal and external cylindrical grinding of rotationally symmetrical components, we have grinding centres with a diameter range of up to 225 mm and a length of up to 1,600 mm.

The focus of our machining production is on small and medium series production with batch sizes from 20 to approx. 500 pieces. We also produce the necessary prototypes and initial samples.

Laser cutting: Thanks to the precise removal of material, laser parts with complex contours and openings can be produced in several dimensions. Laser parts are economical even in small quantities, which is why they are used in machine, vehicle and apparatus construction.

Bending and punching: We manufacture individual laser-edged parts from steel, stainless steel or aluminium with extremely high contour accuracy in various material thicknesses. With our roll forming machine, we offer you a comprehensive range of profile shapes.

Welding

We are the partner for your laser parts and assemblies - especially if they also need to be welded, galvanised, burnished or anodised.

Galvanising and painting in our own factory

Our modern electrochemical coating system enables us to achieve short distances and fast throughput times for nickel plating and galvanising for components up to 1,600 mm in length and 600 x 300 mm in width and height.

As corrosion protection for the workpieces or to increase the wear resistance of the workpiece surface, we offer

Bright zinc - Matt nickel - Bright nickel - Electroless nickel - Blue chromated

We paint components up to a size of 2,000 x 1,500 mm and a weight of 500 kg in the paint booth and up to 250 kg in our paint line and in the paint booths with modern 2-component paints.

As a long-standing system supplier, we produce for well-known mechanical engineering companies. We offer the assembly of components and subassemblies through to the continuous flow production of complete machines and technical products - exactly according to customer specifications.
