Whether small, medium or large: we use CNC milling, CNC turning and precision grinding to give the workpieces their geometric shape.
We offer you the entire range of machining services of an industrial production company: from fully automated sawing on several sawing centres to milling, turning and grinding.
Rotationally symmetrical workpieces with diameters of 5 - 570 mm and lengths of up to 2,770 mm are machined on automatic bar lathes and chuck lathes. Driven tools are used where necessary or advantageous in terms of process technology.
When milling cubic workpieces on machining centres, we use machines with working areas of up to 1,900 mm x 1,600 mm x 1,700 mm or up to 3,000 x 630 mm x 550 mm. For the internal and external cylindrical grinding of rotationally symmetrical components, we have grinding centres with a diameter range of up to 225 mm and a length of up to 1,600 mm.
The focus of our machining production is on small and medium series production with batch sizes from 20 to approx. 500 pieces. Prototypes and initial samples are also produced for this purpose.
